[ Easy enough to say, but those pictures... Regina shudders at the number of cockroaches she can imagine in the corridor alone. Not to mention the neighborhood is appalling. ]

Respect her right to choose. No 'over my dead body'. State your concerns, ask her to help you understand why this place if she digs in her heels... 

I may have alternatives for her. But you need to know why first.

Keep away wards are more subtle. 

So are wards keyed to ill intention. 

Harder to set, less likely to hurt someone accidentally.

In Genessia, walk-up pizza and ice cream, both good,
are about six blocks apart. Stressing the good. There's
mediocre between. That's the first two locations.

Celebrating--the boardwalk in Attleton. Nice location to
walk. Hip stuff for kids. Plus shops open late you can
'trip over' if there's stuff she needs you want to
buy her.
